Return & Replacement Policy

If you receive an item that is:

  • Incorrect (wrong size, color, or design)

  • Damaged in transit

  • Defective due to printing or material

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@reggaelime.com with:

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the problem

We’ll gladly review your request and issue a replacement or refund if your claim is approved.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse (e.g., ordered the wrong size or color)

  • Items that have been washed, worn, or altered

  • Late claims submitted after 7 days of delivery

Please use our sizing guide and product descriptions carefully before ordering.


🔄 Order Cancellations

Because our products are made-to-order, cancellations are only accepted within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, production begins and the item cannot be canceled.


🌍 Shipping Issues

If your package is lost or delayed, we’ll do our best to assist you. Please first check your tracking number. If the issue persists, email us and we’ll work with Ninja Print to resolve it.
